The Nice Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Alternative

The Nice Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Alternative

Great Cloud Vapor is one of the companies that offer flavored e-juice and liquid cigarettes. Now the U.S. Foodstuff and Drug Administration have issued caution letters to a further ten companies, including Nice Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (conducting business as Puff Bar) warning them to remove their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from industry immediately because they don’t have the appropriate premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids are favored by young adults, but that adults also need to be protected against the over-selling of these products by adult consumers. In line with the FDA’s warning letters, a few of the e-liquids involved had no flavor; however, these were being offered accessible in candy bars disguised as a wholesome snack.

Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a supplement and a sports drink. These promises were misleading, the FDA claims, because no FDA regulatory requirements or laws exist to regulate health supplements and sports drinks. The company’s application for a non-prescription marketplace distribution label especially stated that the product could be used as a supplement. It was not intended for use as a sports sip or an athletic supplement, based on the FDA.

When a customer purchased Puff Bar, he / she should have understood that the merchandise was intended for the consumption of candies, not nicotine gum, and that the flavors were added after the manufacturing process. Based on the FDA, Puff Bar included nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical substance known as atrazine, which certainly are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine will not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging as the ingredients that could cause the product to turn out to be misused, if ingested, by children, or somebody who shouldn’t be consuming the merchandise.

The FDA says that because the manufacturers did not include correct statements or warnings concerning the potential hazards of the merchandise, the company’s product was misrepresented. An example of a misrepresentation would be that the merchandise was designed for those who chew gum. Parents of small children would not choose to give their kids puff bars as a snack. They would probably think that the product was more dangerous when compared to a candy bar. The only way to ensure that consumers usually do not become victims of false marketing would be to strictly regulate the development of e-liquids. Companies cannot use vague language or symbols on labels or packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable for sale when it is certainly not.

Puff Bar was one of the e-liquids manufactured by Nice Cloud Vapor Company. The company had other e-juice products including several premium brands, several which had an array of what flavors do puff pubs come in. When I purchased my Amazing Cloud Vaporizer, I was expecting to purchase a product that did not have any flavorings inside it and therefore did not interest me. I was wrong.

Upon opening the box, I noticed that the puff container looked a lot like the container for a day to day cigarette. It also held a reasonably massive amount nicotine, which managed to get difficult to carry onto while smoking as the entire oral cavity of the disposable product was filled up with the whitish color of smoking. I looked at the ingredients record for Puff Bar and discovered that it contained exactly the same things that I have come to expect from most of Cool Cloud’s other items: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only difference between the product and another products was that product did not have any flavorings.

After inserting the pre-filled pod device into the baggie provided by Great Cools Vaporizer, I pressed underneath of the mouthpiece carefully on my lips to begin smoking immediately. Right away, my throat hit a good warm spot on the trunk of my throat that was not present during smoking any traditional cigarettes. My second puff sent a rush of flavor through my lips which lasted only for a second and my throat hit another hot spot that lasted just a few seconds. I exhaled slowly while my eyes scanned the area for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, only ash.

After inhaling the initial puff, my palate quickly filled with sweet lemon juice, followed by a moderate pepper to taste. After the third puff I experienced a sweet and tangy preference with a hint of bitterness. After the fourth puff I pointed out that the nicotine had settled nicely into my lungs, supplying me each of the nicotine I needed to complete the entire session without having to worry about obtaining a bad buzz off of it.
